Objective: The new attitude to the mission of entrepreneurial universities as institutions that contribute to national economic growth and accelerate regional competitiveness goes far beyond knowledge transfer. Therefore, this research focuses on the development of entrepreneurial universities, needs and strategies, as well as the realization of desired goals in this field.
Method: The present qualitative research was conducted with a meta-synthesis approach and using the seven-stage model of Sandelowski and Barso. mofanpanim dar ghaleb kodehaye baz, mazamin farei ve seps mazamin esli tabaghesbandi shodand.
Results: These codes were subsequently categorized according to their relevance and semantic connections into eight sub-themes: flexibility in roles and organizational structure, educational-research planning, resources and facilities, creating a link between the university and the market economy, expanding communication with capable organizations, strategic legislation and policies, professional principles of entrepreneurship, and a clear definition of perspectives. These sub-themes were consolidated into three main themes: internal organizational mechanisms design, communication scope, and management strategies. Conclusions: Concepts such as decentralization and delegation of authority, connection of the university to economic markets and giving the young generation the opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities are the most prominent points from previous studies, among the results of this research.
