Islam, as a comprehensive Sharia, has drawn guidelines for all aspects of human life. These guidelines have been transmitted to the audience mainly from two main sources, namely the Book and the Sunnah. In the case of the Quran, due to its definitive issuance, there is no dispute about examining the document; however, this assumption does not exist in the case of narrations, and it is necessary to examine the narrative heritage in terms of document and implication. In the thematic division of narrations, a large part of them are about health recommendations. Among them, there are narrations whose content is somehow challenging in terms of observing health. Considering that the concern of the Sharia with the issue of health is a definite matter, the present article seeks to examine the contents of the aforementioned narrations and re-examine their quality in terms of document and implication. The present research has been conducted using a descriptive-analytical method. Data collection was done through a library method, and after explaining the main concept of the discussion, the authors identified the existing documents related to the topic of the article and then analyzed the evidence. The research results show that the narratives included in the problem should either be presented in a correct form that does not conflict with medical findings; or they should be rejected due to weak documentation and lack of content validity.
