Review Process
The review process for all scientific publications worldwide is of utmost importance to safeguard and enhance the credibility of scholarly efforts. The review process for all journals under Lorestan University Publications includes peer review and double-blind review, meaning that authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other.
Each manuscript submitted to the publication is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Before the scientific review by the reviewers begins, all manuscripts are checked for plagiarism. Lorestan University Publications shows no tolerance for plagiarism and meticulously examines all articles submitted to its journals to ensure they are free from academic misconduct.
The journal editor ensures that the peer review process is conducted with complete confidentiality, and no one other than the authors and reviewers has access to the content of the submitted work until it is published. The final decision on the manuscript rests entirely with the reviewers, and no external factors influence this decision. In cases of disagreement between reviewers, the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript is made by a third reviewer or the editorial team.
At Lorestan University Publications, the anonymity of all personnel involved in the review process, especially reviewers, is strictly maintained using an online management system.
To support this process, please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting your manuscript:
The first page of the submitted file should include the article title, authors' names, affiliations, and contact information, including email, phone number, and full address.
The second page of the submitted file should include only the article title and no other information.
All subsequent pages of the file must not contain any information identifying the authors.
Please do not include the authors' names before the abstract or in the footnotes of any pages.
After submitting the file to any of Lorestan University's journals, the editorial team conducts an initial review. If the article meets the preliminary requirements for the review process, it is sent to relevant reviewers for the double-blind peer review process. Upon completion of the review process, the decision is made based on one of the following options:
Accept,
Conditional Acceptance (requires revisions),
Reject.
