The present study aimed to investigate the effect of technological leadership style on enhancing the soft skills of elementary school teachers in Khorramabad, with organizational intelligence as a mediating variable. A descriptive-correlational research design using structural equation modeling was employed. The statistical population consisted of 1,527 elementary school teachers in Khorramabad, of whom 248 were selected as the sample using cluster and proportionate stratified sampling methods. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS software. The results showed that technological leadership style had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ soft skills (0.22) and organizational intelligence (0.70). Organizational intelligence also had a positive and significant effect on soft skills (0.48). Furthermore, the mediating role of organizational intelligence indicated that, despite the direct effect of technological leadership on teachers’ soft skills, technological leadership also had an indirect effect on soft skills through organizational intelligence (5.39). The results were statistically significant (P ≤ 0.05). Therefore, given the effect of technological leadership style on teachers’ soft skills and organizational intelligence, it is recommended that the General Directorate of Education of Lorestan Province provide appropriate infrastructure for implementing technological leadership and make efforts to train and recruit technology-oriented leaders.
