چیستی، مولفه ها و راهای پرورش فضیلت پشتکار ذهنی

چکیده
هدف: فضیلت فکری پشتکار ذهنی، در بسیاری از تلاش‌های انسانی نقش بسیار مهمی در دستیابی به معرفت و اطلاعات صحیح دارد. پژوهش‌ها درباره چیستی، مزایا، مؤلفه‌ها و راه‌های پرورش پشتکار ذهنی در خود و سایر افراد جامعه، اخیراً در بین معرفت‌شناسان فضیلت آغاز شده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارائه راهکارهایی برای پرورش فضیلت پشتکار ذهنی است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، نخست تحلیل عمیقی از این فضیلت فکری ارائه و سپس راهکارهایی برای پرورش آن بیان شده است.
روش پژوهش: در این مقاله اطلاعات به صورت اسنادی (کتابخانه‌ای) گردآوری شده و با شیوه پژوهش توصیفی، به مرور متون حوزه معرفت‌شناسی فضیلت درباره پشتکار ذهنی پرداخته و مؤلفه‌های اصلی این فضیلت و راه‌های پرورش آن مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفته است.
یافته‌ها: پشتکار ذهنی، یک ویژگی شخصیتی بسیار عالی در انسان است که متمایز از استعدادهای طبیعی و مهارت‌ها است و دارای مؤلفه‌های مهمی همچون انگیزه، مقاومت در برابر موانع فکری و باورها است که با تمرین و ممارست می‌توان آن را در خود و دیگران پرورش داد. مسیر دستیابی به علم و دانش مسیری است که اغلب با موانع بسیاری مواجه است.
نتیجه‌گیری: فضیلت فکری پشتکار ذهنی نقش مهمی در غلبه بر موانع فکری جهت دستیابی به علم و معرفت صحیح دارد، بنابراین لازم است برخی از تلاش‌های آموزشی اساتید و معلمان صرف کمک کردن به دانشجویان و دانش‌آموزان جهت پرورش این فضیلت فکری شود.

چکیده English

Objective: The intellectual virtue of mental perseverance plays a highly significant role in many human endeavors aimed at attaining knowledge and accurate information. Research concerning the nature, benefits, components, and methods of cultivating mental perseverance in oneself and other members of society has recently commenced among virtue epistemologists. The primary objective of this study is to offer strategies for cultivating the virtue of mental perseverance. To achieve this objective, an indepth analysis of this intellectual virtue is first presented, followed by strategies for its cultivation.
Method: In this article, data were collected through documentary (library based) means, and employing a descriptive research method, the literature in the field of virtue epistemology concerning mental perseverance was reviewed, and the principal components of this virtue and the methods of its cultivation were discussed and examined.
Results: Mental perseverance is a highly excellent personality trait in human beings, distinct from natural talents and skills, possessing important components such as motivation, resistance against intellectual obstacles, and beliefs, which can be cultivated in oneself and others through practice and exercise. The path to attaining knowledge and learning is one that frequently encounters numerous obstacles.
Conclusion: The intellectual virtue of mental perseverance plays a significant role in overcoming intellectual obstacles in order to attain knowledge and accurate understanding; therefore, it is necessary that some of the educational efforts of professors and teachers be devoted to assisting students in cultivating and nurturing this intellectual virtue.
