The foundation of any story is formed by its elements. Every skilled storyteller, by understanding and correctly utilizing these elements, can advance the story in a compelling and logical manner, engaging the reader. In fact, narrative elements assist the author in guiding the story's path correctly. Each of Iran's contemporary storytellers has employed a specific method and style in narrative construction, often influenced by the styles of famous storytellers who preceded them. Among these, it is rare to find an author who, through their own talent and ingenuity, has achieved a distinguished and independent style. Bijan Najdi is one of the few contemporary authors who uniquely incorporates poetic elements into his stories. In his narratives, he employs the descriptive pillars of poetry and poetic narratives, tailored to his own taste and talent, enriching his prose language and imagery as if it were prose poetry. This technique gives his prose a distinct identity separate from that of contemporary stories. The present research, using a descriptive-analytical method and relying on library resources, examines the most prominent stylistic features of Bijan Najdi's narrative prose.
