Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between key variables and validating the model for standardizing the duties of school principals. The statistical population of the study included secondary school principals with at least a master's degree and at least 10 years of work experience. For this purpose, 368 people were identified, of which 190 were considered as a statistical sample using the Cochran formula and questionnaires were distributed among them using a stratified random sampling method.

Research Method: This study is applied and uses a descriptive-survey method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing are performed using the concepts of structural equation modeling.

Findings: The key variables of the model, including causal conditions, background conditions, intervening conditions, pivotal phenomenon, and strategies, have a significant and direct role in realizing the research outcomes.

Conclusion: Achieving a standard model of school tasks requires a comprehensive and systematic approach that simultaneously considers environmental, managerial, and strategic factors. Successful implementation of this model can improve the quality of education, develop student skills, enhance stakeholder satisfaction, and reduce educational inequality
