Teacher empowerment is a complex and multidimensional process that necessitates dynamic policymaking across various dimensions. This study investigated the structural model of the relationship between teachers’ psychological capital and their job satisfaction, with the mediating roles of psychological and structural empowerment. The study is applied in its objective and descriptive in its data collection method, utilizing a correlational approach through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The statistical population comprised teachers from Bandar Abbas city. Through a multi-stage cluster sampling method, 500 teachers were selected, and the analysis was conducted on 494 participants. Data were collected using the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) developed by Weiss et al. (1967), Luthans’ Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) (2007), the Teacher Empowerment Scale by Alenkovork & Illman (2017), and the Psychological Empowerment Scale by Spreitzer & Mishra (1995). The relationships between psychological capital and job satisfaction, with the mediating roles of psychological and structural empowerment, and the analysis of path coefficients were examined using LISREL software. According to the results, the comparative fit indices of the developed model are above 0.90, indicating model acceptance. The RMSEA index is less than 0.05, specifically 0.009, which is considered appropriate.
