The police forces in any society, as a pivotal and impactful social institution, can cultivate reciprocal trust and civic engagement in pursuit of their objectives by fostering greater interaction with the public. Over the past four and a half decades, opponents of the Islamic system have persistently targeted the nation’s security, seeking to destabilize the country through incursions into cultural, political, and military domains. Within the Islamic Republic, "security" is given paramount importance, with particular attention devoted to the forces tasked with upholding it. Consequently, the responsibilities undertaken by the police forces transcend routine obligations. Operating within a value-driven and spiritual framework, the police forces of the Islamic Republic are dedicated to advancing divine principles and Islamic culture, which originate from divine revelation and leadership (Wilayat). Their mission fundamentally involves protecting religious tenets and values. As such, the security police are acknowledged as an institution responsible for ensuring societal security, comfort, and serenity. This institution enforces regulations, maintains social order, and sustains ongoing engagement with the populace.
