"Artificial Intelligence (AI), as one of the key technological advancements in the modern world, has had profound impacts on many fields, including the humanities and Islamic studies. In today's world, AI technology is not merely a tool for facilitating research and educational processes, but also a valuable opportunity for developing new discussions within the humanities and Islamic studies, as collaboration among specialists from various disciplines can lead to innovative solutions for the complex issues facing contemporary societies. Given the importance of the topic, this paper, based on a descriptive-analytical and problem-oriented research approach, examines the role and significance of AI in matters related to medical jurisprudence (fiqh). The author believes that, considering the rapid advancement of technology and access to big data, the use of AI can greatly assist the field of fiqh in analyzing medical jurisprudence issues more precisely. This essay emphasizes that it is appropriate—indeed necessary—for the field of fiqh to effectively harness the potentials of AI, thereby contributing to the dynamism of Islamic law.
