The present study aims to analyze the ontological foundations of the virtue of discipline from the perspective of Nahj al-Balagha and to examine the status of the second grade elementary curriculum in terms of the level of attention paid to it. Given the theoretical nature of the study, the descriptive-analytical and inferential methods were used to extract the foundations, principles, and methods from the perspective of Nahj al-Balagha, and the content analysis method with a quantitative approach was used to examine the status of the second grade elementary curriculum. In the first part, two principles were explained: the unity of the monotheistic system and the formational order, and order as a fundamental characteristic of man. Then, two principles were inferred and explained: analyzing the order of the world of creation in God's creation and creating a pattern of order in life, and inferring educational methods such as: creating knowledge about the order of the world of creation and its relationship with the unity of the regulator, creating order in individual life, regulating social life, and law-basedness. In the second part of the study, the component of creating order in individual life had the highest frequency; And after that, the component of social life order and law-based social responsibilities of students, and then the component of order governing the universe had a higher frequency. The component of human existential order has received less attention in these books.
