This article, entitled "Presenting a coherent picture of enjoining the good...", was written with the aim of showing the rational support for enjoining the good and forbidding the evil as a subject of jurisprudence. The method of pursuing the discussions in this research is analytical-rational, and in order to present a coherent picture of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil, the discussions of credentials have been used. The procedure followed in this article is not to directly infer the ruling of enjoining good and forbidding evil from religious evidence, but rather, disregarding the ruling of this category in Islamic law, with a thematic approach and in order to remove ambiguities and respond to doubts surrounding this jurisprudential issue, this category is examined and analyzed. In the aftermath of the discussions mentioned at the beginning of the article, a coherent picture of enjoining good and forbidding evil is presented and it is shown that this phenomenon is a practical reality among human beings and not only does it not contradict human humanity and his nature, but it is also considered a completely rational and rational practice. Contrary to the previous practice that was followed in the jurisprudential books of the past and which focused on the duties of those entrusted with individual jurisprudence, this picture provides a basis to show that this phenomenon is a social category and therefore it should be discussed among the discussions related to governance and governmental jurisprudence.
