One of the most frequent questions of belief is always the question of the difference between humans at the time of creation. According to the verses and narrations, God created humans with the utmost perfection possible, but it is observed as proof that some humans are born with defects. The present study aims to provide a comparative reading of the theological foundations of the creation of disabled children from the perspective of the Imamiyyah and the Ash'arites in the light of divine justice, and aims to present a clear picture of how these people were created and to answer the challenges ahead. The research method is analytical-deductive, the research data was analyzed through documentary review, case study and with an argumentative approach. The sources of the Imamiyyah and Ash'arite theologians, the research community and other sources regarding the objectives of the research were used as explanatory and supplementary sources. Findings: From the perspective of Ash'ari theologians, creation is a direct divine act and other beings have no voluntary intervention, and justice is nothing but a divine act. However, the Imamiyya believes in a longitudinal series of agents and believes in an important role for humans in creation and creation, therefore they consider the divine sphere to be a pure and imperfect creation.
