Abstract
Stakeholders of commercial companies are individuals and groups in the company that affect the continuation of the life, plans and goals of commercial companies, and in turn, the decisions and performance of the company affect them. For this reason, a theory called stakeholder theory was proposed by scholars so that through this theory, the stakeholders of commercial companies will receive more support and attention from companies. Now, the issue that needs to be examined is who are the individuals and groups of stakeholders in commercial companies? And what is the concept of stakeholder theory? In the following research, which has been collected through a library and analytical method, we have identified the stakeholders of commercial companies, including shareholders, employees, the environment, society, etc., and we state that managers of commercial companies should consider the interests of all individuals and groups of stakeholders in their actions and decisions so that the interests of the company and the stakeholder groups are on the same and unified path and a balance is created between them, and ultimately the company is managed for the benefit of all.
