Furthermore, this study seeks to analyze the importance of strengthening the formal registration system and its consequences for enhancing legal security and public trust in transactional relationships<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">.</span><br><strong>Method</strong>: This study adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology based on documentary and legal analysis, wherein relevant laws, registration regulations, and legal perspectives concerning official documents are thoroughly examined. In addition, through the utilization of library resources and the analysis of legal texts, the status of official documents within the legal framework and their role in mitigating conflicts and legal disputes have been evaluated<span lang="EN">.</span><br><strong>Results</strong>: The research findings indicate that official documents, due to their high credibility and evidentiary power, play a pivotal role in establishing legal security, reducing lawsuits and disputes between contracting parties, and ensuring the transparency and validity of legal relationships. By safeguarding the rights of the parties and preventing potential abuses, these documents are also effective in stabilizing economic and social order and enhancing public trust in the legal and registration systems. Moreover, strengthening the status of official documents can contribute to reducing the volume of judicial cases and improving the efficiency of the judiciary.<br><strong>Conclusion</strong>: The results of this study demonstrate that consolidating and strengthening the registration status of official documents plays a significant role in fostering legal and economic stability, preventing legal conflicts, and realizing social justice. Consequently, these documents are recognized as vital instruments for the administration of justice and for enhancing public trust in the legal and registration systems within society<span lang="EN">.</span> <strong><span lang="FA">هدف:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> هدف این پژوهش بررسی جایگاه ثبتی اسناد رسمی در نظام حقوقی ایران و تبیین نقش آن‌ها در تثبیت معاملات، پیشگیری از اختلافات حقوقی و تأمین عدالت اجتماعی است. همچنین این پژوهش درصدد است اهمیت تقویت نظام ثبت رسمی و آثار آن در ارتقای امنیت حقوقی و اعتماد عمومی به روابط معاملاتی را مورد تحلیل قرار دهد</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span><br><strong><span lang="AR-SA">روش پژوهش:</span></strong> <span lang="FA">روش پژوهش در این مطالعه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و مبتنی بر تحلیل اسنادی و حقوقی است که در آن قوانین، مقررات ثبتی و دیدگاه‌های حقوقی مرتبط با اسناد رسمی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. علاوه بر این، با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و تحلیل متون حقوقی، جایگاه اسناد رسمی در ساختار حقوقی و نقش آن‌ها در کاهش تعارضات و اختلافات حقوقی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span><br><strong><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها:</span></strong> <span lang="FA">یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد اسناد رسمی به دلیل برخورداری از اعتبار و قدرت اثباتی بالا، نقش مهمی در ایجاد امنیت حقوقی، کاهش دعاوی و اختلافات میان طرفین معاملات و تضمین شفافیت و صحت روابط حقوقی دارند. همچنین این اسناد با حفظ حقوق طرفین و جلوگیری از سوءاستفاده‌های احتمالی، در تثبیت نظم اقتصادی و اجتماعی و افزایش اعتماد عمومی به نظام حقوقی و ثبتی مؤثر هستند. علاوه بر این، تقویت جایگاه ثبتی اسناد رسمی می‌تواند به کاهش حجم پرونده‌های قضایی و افزایش کارآمدی دستگاه قضایی کمک کند.</span><br><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که تحکیم و تقویت جایگاه ثبتی اسناد رسمی نقش مهمی در ایجاد پایداری حقوقی و اقتصادی، پیشگیری از تعارضات حقوقی و تحقق عدالت اجتماعی دارد و به عنوان یکی از ابزارهای مهم اجرای عدالت و افزایش اعتماد عمومی به نظام حقوقی و ثبتی در جامعه شناخته می‌شود.</span> https://api.lu.ac.ir/article_735892_e0f2eff464a251e9e5b6fc07b0d251a5.pdf
