It seeks to explain how the principles of natural rights can be redefined and preserved in the face of challenges such as relativism, the dominance of private corporations, and the technological complexities of virtual environments. The research further endeavors to elucidate the connection between the classical foundations of natural rights and the emerging transformations of the digital sphere.</span></span> <strong><span>Method</span></strong><span>: <span>The research adopts a philosophical–legal analytical approach. It involves a re-examination of Leo Strauss’s ideas, a critical review of literature related to digital governance, and a case-based analysis of legal challenges present within the metaverse. An interpretive methodology is employed to explore the relationship between natural rights theory and the advancements of modern digital technologies</span></span><span lang="EN">.</span> <strong><span>Results</span></strong><span>: <span>The findings indicate that the metaverse, by creating a decentralized environment, poses significant challenges to classical concepts of natural rights such as privacy, justice, and human dignity. Furthermore, the dominance of private corporations over digital infrastructures and the fluid nature of digital identities make it increasingly difficult to offer a stable definition of human essence in this realm. The blurring of boundaries between the public and private spheres is also intensified within this environment</span>.</span> <strong><span>Conclusion</span></strong><span>: <span>The results suggest that safeguarding natural rights in the digital age requires the development of transnational frameworks grounded in stable ethical principles, the enhancement of algorithmic transparency, and the expansion of digital literacy education. Additionally, recognizing digital identities as an extension of physical identity and designing ethically oriented technologies emerge as key strategies in this context. Such measures can contribute to the formation of more responsible governance within the metaverse</span></span><span lang="EN">.</span> <strong><span lang="FA">هدف:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> </span><span lang="AR-SA">این پژوهش با هدف ارائه خوانشی تفسیری از حقوق طبیعی در عصر متاورس با تکیه بر نظریه لئو اشتراوس انجام شده و می‌کوشد چگونگی بازتعریف و حفظ اصول حقوق طبیعی را در مواجهه با چالش‌هایی مانند نسبی‌گرایی، سلطه شرکت‌های خصوصی و پیچیدگی‌های فناورانه فضای مجازی تبیین کند. همچنین تلاش دارد پیوند میان مبانی کلاسیک حقوق طبیعی و تحولات نوین فضای دیجیتال را روشن سازد</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span> <strong><span lang="AR-SA">روش <span>پژوهش:</span></span></strong><span lang="AR-SA"> <span>روش این پژوهش مبتنی بر تحلیل فلسفی و حقوقی است و در آن اندیشه‌های لئو اشتراوس بازخوانی شده، متون مرتبط با حکمرانی دیجیتال به صورت انتقادی بررسی گردیده و چالش‌های حقوقی موجود در محیط متاورس نیز به صورت موردی تحلیل شده است. در این مسیر از رویکرد تفسیری برای فهم نسبت میان نظریه حقوق طبیعی و تحولات فناوری‌های نوین استفاده شده است</span>.</span> <strong><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span lang="AR-SA"> </span><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که متاورس با ایجاد فضایی غیرمتمرکز مفاهیم کلاسیک حقوق طبیعی مانند حریم خصوصی، عدالت و کرامت انسانی را با چالش‌های جدی مواجه کرده و در عین حال سلطه شرکت‌های خصوصی بر زیرساخت‌ها و ماهیت سیال هویت‌های دیجیتال، ارائه تعریفی ثابت از ذات انسان را در این فضا دشوار ساخته است. افزون بر این، مرزهای میان حوزه عمومی و خصوصی در این فضا بیش از پیش مبهم شده است</span><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span dir="LTR">.</span></strong> <strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"> <span>نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که برای حفظ حقوق طبیعی در عصر دیجیتال تدوین چارچوب‌های فراملی مبتنی بر اصول اخلاقی ثابت، تقویت شفافیت الگوریتمی و گسترش آموزش سواد دیجیتال ضروری است و همچنین به‌رسمیت‌شناسی هویت‌های دیجیتال به عنوان امتداد هویت فیزیکی و طراحی فناوری‌های اخلاق‌محور از مهم‌ترین راهکارهای پیشنهادی در این زمینه به شمار می‌آیند. این اقدامات می‌تواند زمینه شکل‌گیری حکمرانی مسئولانه‌تر در فضای متاورس را فراهم سازد</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span> https://api.lu.ac.ir/article_735353_acf4d373163452303df29134661bc76b.pdf
